Return & Exchange Information
30-Day Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not happy with your TempT'Tress Hair Extensions, you can return them within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions:
- The extensions must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- The seal on the packaging must remain intact.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used extensions.
Return Process:

- We’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label (for US-based returns).
- Pack the extensions securely in the original packaging and affix the return label.
- Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
